CANTON — Funeral services, for
Irene Guyette, 80, College Court, Can-
ton and the Petersons Rest Home,
Canton, wll.be held. Thursday at 2
p.m. at the Lawrence Funeral Home,
Canton, with the Rev. Richard F.
Stone, officiating. Burial will be in the
Crary Mills Cemetery, Crary Mills.
Calling hours will be today from 2 to
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Guyette died Tuesday (July 5,
1983) at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital
where she had been a patient for the
past five months.
Surviving are one sister, Miss Verna
Barber of Canton;, one nephew,
David Robillard of Gouverneur; and
several grandnieces .and grandnephews.
Mrs. Guyette (Was born in Canton
Sept. 18, 1902, daughter of Fred and
Iona Spencer Barber. She attended
schools In Eddy, N.Y.
She married,;Oscar Spencer in 1931,
He died in 1944. She married Leland F.
Guyette Jan. 10, 1946. Mr. Guyette
died in March qf 1929.
Mrs. Guyette was a domestic and
housewife for many years.
