Anna Britain rite Monday -
Funeral for Mrs. Frank J. (Anna May) Britain, 70, who died here Thursday, will be Monday with Folsoms' Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements. Notice is on page 4 today.
Mrs. Britain, native of Albany, Oregon, moved here is 1907 and spent the last 60 years in this city. She and her husband celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 2 last. They were married in Pendleton where she attended high school and normal school. She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Besides her widower, she is survived by sons Frank L., Eugene, Jack, all Pendleton; Charles, Stanfield, and Virgil, Bend; daughters, Marie Wyatt, Pasco; Ruth Hoover, La Grande, Edna Peterson, Pendleton, and Patricia Campbell, Portland; sister, Winnie Blanchet, Pendleton; 28 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

BRITAIN, Anna May, late of Pendleton, Ore., age 70. Wife of Frank J. Britain; mother of Frank L., Eugene and Jack, all of Pendleton, Charles of Stanfield and Virgil of Bend, Ore,, Mrs. Marie Wyatt of Pasco, Mrs. Ruth Hoover of La Grande, Mrs. Edna Peterson of Pendleton, and Mrs. Patricia Campbell of Portland; sister, Mrs. Winnie Blanchet of Pendleton; 28 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 18 at 2pm. FOLSONS' FUNERAL CHAPEL with Pastor Harold McKay officiating. Casket bearers will be James Burns, John Blanchet, William Futter, Delbert French, James Blanchet. Concluding services will be at Olney Cemetery.
