Beulah (Hardin) Gerking, the wife of Albert D. Gerking, was a granddaughter of Leander & Martha (Lowry) Brown who are in Sec. 2 Lot 36. Her parents were John J. & Dora (Brown) Hardin. The sexton records indicate she remarried, being Beulah Caruthers of Pleasant Hill, OR [her parents also lived there].
